Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States.

Processing time. Every candle is handmade. Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Custom candles from Create Your Candle can take a little longer, and we will email you if yours needs more time.

Rates.

• Standard shipping: $8.00
• Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 or more (after discounts)
• Express shipping: $15.00

Delivery time. Standard orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Express orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after they ship.

Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Hot weather. Candle wax softens in the heat. In summer, please bring your package inside as soon as it is delivered. If heat damages a candle or topper on the way to you, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.

Wrong address. Please check your address before you place your order. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we will contact you about reshipping it, and a second shipping charge may apply.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, email us at candleliciousshop@gmail.com and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
